At Alluring Essentials, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or open items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A phogto of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement item
- A refund to your original payment method
Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygeine and saftey reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Opened or used body care products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping Issues
Alluring Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
